I have been looking at getting a few truck for a couple years. I found a f350 super duty online on a Friday nite that I liked. I called right at 8 on Saturday morning and talked to Franky. The service department was unprepared to fullfill all of the issues that I had requested by phone, and in person at the counter to be addressed. I was told that another appointment would be needed. I had decided to go to Kimber Creek over Mills Ford due to the unfriendly and constant run around from the Mills dealership. Their excuse at Kimber Creek was that it would require different techs to perform the services needed. Apparently they can not do this task on the schedule.

Kimber Creek Ford is my go to for auto repairs. They have earned my trust. Example: I left my $5 coupon on my car seat. They noticed it there and brought it in to apply the discount. Great customer service! Also, they rotated my tires, did their overall inspection and found no other issues. No attempts to upcharge for services I didn't need. This is rare in today's environment. Oh, and the cost was less than what Walmart charges. Thank you Kimber Creek! You've got my back so I've got yours. Arlan Hagen

Seemingly good place. Brought my ford in for a recall. They asked if anything else might need to be looked at, I mentioned an oil leak. Well they did a full diagnosis but didn’t consult me on price. Figured they’d do that if it was something they were going to do. After just inspecting the recall they billed me for diagnosis that I didn’t budget. Was not happy with that. Otherwise friendly I guess.
