They took the time explain all of the features in the vehicle to me. They even helped me set up an app on my phone that works with my vehicle. They helped me program my door code. I like that the dealership is not high pressure to sell but focused on customer satisfaction. We can speak openly about our needs, likes and dislikes and reject or accept any offers or explanations without fear of deception or intimidation.
Warranty work! They figured out one of the major problems I was having but when it came to the second problem they wanted to blame it on something else and didn't really seem like they wanted to even touch it, even though i said if it wasn't warranty i would pay to fix it. So I picked up the truck with one out the 2 problems fixed. This is after going to another dealership with the problems and they didn't seem like they wanted to touch the warranty work. So on to the next dealership I guess.
First visit and treated like a long time customer! Quickly got an appointment, all my questions were answer, and service was outstanding. I’ll continue to use Kimber Creek Ford!

We used to take our vehicle to Walmart for oil change and tire rotation. Since our 2021 Explorer ST needed a little warranty work, we took it to Kimber Creek Ford and we received exceptional care and service. Just before we left for a southern trip, we decided to have our oil changed at Kimber Creek and it was just about the same price. Also they gave a confidence once over to assure we had a trouble free trip. We will be back for all our future service.

What a great service experience! Brought in our truck to the dealer we purchased it from for a repair under the extended warranty. Paid the deductible and got an oil change. No upsell no pressure. Test drove a couple new f150s contemplating a trade on our current f150. Rick was amazing! I always feel welcome here and will definitely be back to find my next vehicle when the time comes.
Basically the service at Kimber Creek Ford is good. However, my only complaint is that I do not receive a complimentary car wash with an oil change like most other dealerships provide. If I want my truck washed, it would be an extra $35. Even a voucher at the local carwash would be better than nothing. Will this situation ever change?

Very easy car buying experience- like the no pressure no hassle dealerships- makes the car buying experience less stressful- did have to bring the car in for new brakes about a week after driving it. Not sure why the service inspection would have missed that. They were supposed to get back to me on another issue but that never happened. Overall good experience with just a few negatives.

Driving home from Canadian fishing trip and had engine problems near Backus, all auto shops were closed. We found Eli Moehring at the Kimber Creek Ford dealership who came to help us out after hours on his own time. A few essentials from the hardware store and he had us up and running in no time. We blew a coolant hose on 371 after hours. Eli Moehring actually answered the phone and immediately drove to where we were stranded. He quickly assessed and fixed the hose, and we were on our way. He really saved the day. You have a wonderful teammate in your shop.
