We were just browsing for new vehicles and decided to drive up to Kimber Creek and see Rick since we have bought 2 vehicles from him already. Rick was busy when we arrived and Don was able to help us chose the one that we loved. Rick was then able to help finish the sale and get us setup. The whole experience was seamless and all the employees treated us like family. This won't be the last vehicle we purchase from Kimber Creek!

Ordered a new Raptor from the dealership. Donald Griggs was a great salesman to deal with. He updated me every step of my order and made the purchase stress free. I also traded in a vehicle and felt like I received a fair deal. I felt great when it was all finished and was driving a new truck home. The entire sales team and financing were very friendly. I’d highly recommend this dealership and it was worth the 600 mile drive to make this happen. I appreciate the honesty and the kindness.

Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about your vehicle and were willing to look up the answers to my questions regarding my car specifically. I also appreciated the call back a few days later to be sure all was still going well and I was happy with their service. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to any female who may not have much mechanical knowledge.

The service department was unprepared to fullfill all of the issues that I had requested by phone, and in person at the counter to be addressed. I was told that another appointment would be needed. I had decided to go to Kimber Creek over Mills Ford due to the unfriendly and constant run around from the Mills dealership. Their excuse at Kimber Creek was that it would require different techs to perform the services needed. Apparently they can not do this task on the schedule.

Kimber Creek Ford is my go to for auto repairs. They have earned my trust. Example: I left my $5 coupon on my car seat. They noticed it there and brought it in to apply the discount. Great customer service! Also, they rotated my tires, did their overall inspection and found no other issues. No attempts to upcharge for services I didn't need. This is rare in today's environment. Oh, and the cost was less than what Walmart charges. Thank you Kimber Creek! You've got my back so I've got yours. Arlan Hagen

Great Dealership to work with. They did not have my model in inventory, but Don hunted one down for me and they brought it to their lot.
